Terms of Service / EULA
The mobile applications provided by Co.Sanden Games (“the App”) are services offered by us (“we”).
By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms, including this EULA.
■ 1. Prohibited Actions
- Reverse engineering, modification, or unauthorized analysis
- Exploiting bugs or unintended behavior
- Harassing or causing trouble to us or third parties
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
■ 2. Intellectual Property Rights (EULA Elements)
All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the App and its contents
(programs, images, audio, data, etc.) belong to us or the rightful owners.
Users obtain only a non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes.
Redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, reproduction, or selling of the App is prohibited.
■ 3. Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the App.
- The App may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.
■ 4. In‑App Purchases
The “Remove Ads” feature is a one‑time in‑app purchase.
“Remove Ads” applies only to banner ads and interstitial ads.
**Rewarded ads are not included.**
Paid features of the App become available immediately after purchase.
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not provide refunds once the service has been delivered.
Refund eligibility may be determined at the discretion of each platform (Google Play / App Store).
■ 5. Save Data and In-Game Currency
- All game progress, including Mana and other in-game data, is stored locally on your device only. We do not provide cloud backup or cross-device synchronization.
- Save data may be lost if you uninstall the App, change devices, clear app data or cache, or for other reasons beyond our control. We are not obligated to restore or compensate for lost save data, except where required by applicable law or the policies of the platform store (Google Play / App Store).
- Mana is a free in-game currency earned through gameplay and optional rewarded advertisements. Mana cannot be purchased with real money, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money or other goods or services.
- Loss of Mana or other progress due to local data loss, as described above, does not entitle you to a refund or compensation.
■ 6. Suspension of Use
We may suspend a user’s access to the App if they violate these Terms.
■ 7. Governing Law
These Terms (including this EULA) are governed by the laws of Japan.

当方が提供するモバイルアプリケーション（以下、「本アプリ」）は、Co.Sanden Games（以下、「当方」）が提供するサービスです。
ユーザーは本アプリを利用することで、本規約（EULA を含む）に同意したものとみなします。
■ 1. 禁止事項
- 不正改造、リバースエンジニアリング、解析行為
- 不具合の悪用
- 当方または第三者への迷惑行為
- 法令違反行為
■ 2. 知的財産権（EULA 要素）
本アプリおよび本アプリに含まれるすべてのコンテンツ（プログラム、画像、音声、データ等）の著作権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
ユーザーは、本アプリを個人的な利用目的の範囲内で使用する非独占的な利用権のみを取得します。
本アプリの再配布、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、複製、販売等は禁止します。
■ 3. 免責事項
- 本アプリの利用により発生した損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
- 本アプリは予告なく変更・停止される場合があります。
■ 4. 課金について
広告削除は買い切り型のアプリ内課金です。
広告削除は「バナー広告・インタースティシャル広告」の削除を指し、
**リワード広告は対象外です。**
本アプリの有料機能は、購入後すぐに利用可能となります。
デジタル商品の性質上、サービス提供後の返金には応じておりません。
返金の可否については、ユーザーが利用する各ストア (Google Play / App Store)の裁量により判断される場合があります。
■ 5. セーブデータおよびゲーム内通貨（マナ）
- ゲームの進行状況、マナその他のゲーム内データは、お使いの端末内にのみローカル保存されます。クラウドへのバックアップや、端末間でのデータ引き継ぎには対応しておりません。
- アプリのアンインストール、機種変更、アプリデータまたはキャッシュの削除、その他当方の管理の及ばない事由により、セーブデータが消失する場合があります。
- 法令または各ストア（Google Play / App Store）のポリシーで求められる場合を除き、消失したセーブデータの復元または補償の義務は負いません。
- マナは、ゲームプレイおよび任意のリワード広告視聴により獲得できる無料のゲーム内通貨です。マナは現金で購入することはできず、現金価値を持たず、現金その他の財貨・サービスと交換することはできません。
- 上記のローカルデータの消失によりマナまたはその他の進行状況が失われた場合でも、原則として返金または補償を受ける権利は生じません。
■ 6. 利用停止
ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、当方は利用停止措置を行うことがあります。
■ 7. 準拠法
本規約（EULA を含む）は、日本法に準拠します。
